I hope you love your new artwork or earrings as much as I loved creating them! Since each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail, all sales are final. However, if something goes wrong, I’m here to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

I take great care to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Just email me at hello @ cpeterstudio.com (no spaces), with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or offer a full refund.

Exchanges

While I do not accept returns for change of mind, if you received the wrong item or there was a mistake with your order, please contact me within 7 days, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
